I really want to get a nice body and I want to get a home gym so that I don't have to go to the gym. What are some good home gyms and what would be the cost of the machine? Thanks to all who answer!

I've been told my gym gear (sweat shorts and ratty tshirts) are a bit dated. What are men wearing to the gym today? I'm not looking to make a fashion statement, but I tend to wear up-to-date fashions. I see a bunch of new materials for gym-stuff (mainly synthetic designed to keep you cool and evaporate sweat). Are muscle shirts in, or are the sleveless tshirts the deal? And shorts? Whatever the modern gear is, it has got to be functional above all else.
Thanks!

Every school semester, I feel exhausted from walking across campus to classes. I'm out of shape, it's humid, and it's mostly up hill. It gets a little better after a couple weeks, but it's still a struggle for me.
What sort of aerobic exercises (preferably in the gym) would best condition me for walking uphill?

When to go to gym after a gallbladder operation? How many months after the operation? Is it really 6 months or a year? It's been 4 months since my gallbladder operation like October 2007, and I'm already gaining weight while nursing myself. On the other hand, I'm already planning to go jogging and somehow get into the gym to keep myself physically fit and to trim down my body shape before I become too fat. I really need your advice guys, professional and friendly advice are welcome.tnx
